LINC PERSONALITY PROFILING is the starting point for both coaching formats.
Because this has many advantages:
Time and therefore cost efficiency by avoiding an unnecessary number of coaching sessions
The essential information is available in a structured form right from the start of the coaching. This applies to the strengths profile of character traits, motives and skills. But even possibly unconscious, but still internalized, beliefs can quickly be made transparent in the evaluation discussion. This means that none of this needs to be collected in a time-consuming manner (and in all probability incomplete as a result). The focus is on the fastest possible and at the same time sustainable solutions, and not on the client's relationship with the coach for as long as possible.
Focus on individual key topics
Coaching sessions are designed based on the existing personality profile and systemic principles related to the defined goal. Depending on the chosen topic, additional depth profiles can be used as a deep dive, e.g. for agility, digital competence, leadership, start-ups, conflict resolution, positive thinking, resilience, team, sales.
