I am Susanne Schwarzer.

During my career in an international company, I met (too) many people who had come to their jobs more or less by chance. Jobs that actually did not suit their personality and competencies. Often with negative consequences for themselves - for their colleagues and employees.
It is in the nature of things that people who are looking for solutions during a continuous professional stress cycle have neither the time nor the energy to separate expensive inefficiency from actual science in the jungle of offered consulting services.
As a specialist in business psychology, I consciously chose the scientifically based PERSONALITY PROFILING by LINC, a company spun off from Leuphana University.
My motivation:
I can do something truly meaningful by using the possibilities of business psychology to provide my clients with uncomplicated, quick and sustainable added value for their (professional) lives. And, in times of rising burnout rates, I can make a small contribution to more joy in the job.
