
I am Susanne Schwarzer,
Personality Profiler & Career Coach by conviction, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
I combine psychological expertise with validated tools from LINC (a spin-off of Leuphana University) and BIP® (developed at Ruhr-University Bochum). These instruments are scientifically robust – no unvalidated “type tests.”
During my many years of professional experience as a senior manager in an international corporation, I observed again and again people in jobs that simply didn't suit them (despite selection processes), which often did not make them feel good about their work. With the usual negative consequences for themselves and others.
My vision:
a working world where jobs fit people, not the other way around.
My motivation:
I want people to thrive in their work, not survive it, especially with burnout numbers on the rise.

Definition: systemic coaching is a professional and solution-oriented reflection support. The coach's job is to create an expanded framework of thought in which the client can clarify his goals and find his solution, or develop alternative courses of action and increase his options. Coach and client are partners on equal terms: the coach is an expert in the process, the client is and remains an expert in his own topic and is therefore responsible for the solution.

Privacy and confidentiality: personality profiling and coaching content is discussed solely between me and the client (regardless of who pays the bill).

In the event of a presumed illness, Personality Profiling & Business Coaching are no replacement for psychotherapeutic or medical treatment that may be necessary, but can possibly be useful as a complement.
